How Saudi Work Visa is Stamped in Pakistan

Once you are selected from Saudi company, here is the procedure about the visa processing in Pakistan

1- JOB offer is provided to candidate in Pakistan and upon acceptance of Job offer, next procedure is started. Job offer will be mentioned Basic Salary, Medical facility, Housing and Transpiration, Annual leaves, Daily working hours, Annual Ticket and contract period . All terms and conditions will be according to Saudi Labor laws and it is binding on the candidate as well as on Employer

2- Saudi Company gets visa according to required skill and trade from government

3- Once candidate accepts offer, the Saudi Company will make One Job agreement (Akad Amal) which will be attested by Chamber of commerce and Ministry of foreign office. These documents will be sent original to agency/candidate

4- The company will contact will any agency in Pakistan to process their visa on their behalf and company will Authorizes the agency ( WAKALA) in Enjaz system. All visa will be processed by that agency in Pakistan on Saudi company behalf.

5- The Candidate will get Token from GAMCA in Pakistan for Medical fitness and will appear in any medical center which will be assigned by GAMCA

6- Once the candidate is declared medical fit, he will go to Etimad Centre for thumb verification on issued E number which is issued by the agency who is taking care of visa processing

7- Once thumbs verification done, All documents, Visa document, Akad Amal, Medical Fitness report are submitted to Saudi Embassy through the agency in Pakistan
